I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing personal data by Rental Consulting Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (Company address: 02-922 Warsaw, ulica Nałęczowska nr 33 lok. 134, REGON: 524979099, NIP: 5214013988, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".
The Company is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

II. Scope of Processed Data
The Company processes personal data in order to provide services to Customers, including: a. First name and surname. b. Address of residence and correspondence. c. Telephone number. d. E-mail address. e. Passport number or other document number identity. f. Data regarding the legal and administrative situation of the Client.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services by the Company.
III. Purpose and Basis of Data Processing
Personal data are processed for the purpose of: a. Fulfilling the agreement concluded between the Company and the Client. b. Conducting marketing and information activities, if the Client has consented to this. c. Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Company.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letters b, c and f of the GDPR.
IV. Sharing Personal Data
Personal data may be shared with: a. Entities providing services to the Company, in particular IT suppliers, law firms, accounting offices. b. State authorities based on applicable law.
The Company does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
V. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, including: a. For the duration of the contract and for the limitation period for claims arising from the contract. b. For the period required by law in the scope of storing accounting and tax documentation.
After the retention period, the data will be deleted.
VI. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the right to: a. Access their personal data. b. Rectify their personal data. c. Delete their personal data (right to be forgotten). d. Limit the processing of their personal data. e. Transfer their personal data. f. Object to the processing of their personal data.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
Customers will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy via the Company's website or by email.
IX. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
This Privacy Policy shall be effective from July 25, 2024.
