StayInfo Service Provision Regulations
I. General Provisions
The Regulations define the principles of providing services by StayInfo with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as Rental Consulting Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, to the Client.
The Company provides services related to the legalization of the stay of foreigners in Poland, including, among others, assistance in obtaining registration, residence card, work permits and other services related to administration and immigration law.
Using the Company's services is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
II. Scope of Services
The Company offers the following services: a. Assistance in obtaining registration. b. Assistance in obtaining a residence card. c. Assistance in obtaining work permits.
d. Legal advice related to the legalization of stay.
e. Other administrative and consulting services for foreigners.
III. Principles of Providing Services
The services are provided on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Company and the Client.
The Client undertakes to provide the Company with all necessary documents and information needed to perform the service.
The Company undertakes to maintain professional secrecy and to protect the Client's personal data in accordance with applicable law.
IV. Payment Terms
Prices for individual services are determined individually and provided to the Client before the service is provided.
Payment for services may be made by bank transfer or cash, in accordance with the arrangements included in the agreement.
In the event of the Client's cancellation of the service, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee for the activities performed to date.
V. Client's Rights and Obligations
The Client has the right to:
a. Obtain full information on the services provided.
b. Use the Company's services in accordance with these regulations.
c. Resign from the service at any time, subject to the provisions regarding payments.
The Client undertakes to:
a. Provide all necessary documents on time.
b. Pay fees for the services provided in accordance with the arrangements included in the agreement.
c. Inform the Company of any changes in its legal situation that may affect the implementation of the service.
VI. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for administrative decisions issued by state authorities in matters concerning foreigners, if such decisions result from reasons beyond the control of the Company.
The Company undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the services provided are carried out with due diligence and in accordance with applicable law.
VII. Complaints
The Client has the right to file complaints regarding the services provided.
Complaints should be filed in writing to the Company's registered office address or electronically to office@stayinfo.pl.
The Company will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Client of the outcome of the complaint procedure.
VIII. Final Provisions
The Company reserves the right to change these regulations. The Client will be informed of any changes to the regulations at least 14 days in advance.
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
These regulations enter into force on 23 July 2024.
